No powder coating that can deteriorate in reclaiming chemicals. Locking strips are sewn, not glued and are therefore impervious to solvents. Longer frame life due to elimination of grinding, or sandblasting for re-stretch. Re-tensionable multiple times and remove and use imaged panels later.
Retails about 1/3 the cost of a Roller Frame with panels costing less than a re-stretch in most areas.
Mesh released
in the wash, or degreasing? Unfortunately it happens every day...Don't
put another job "On-Hold" because of this common screen problem. Our
mesh will never release in a wash tank....ever.

Re-tension
multiple times just by adding one more twist on one side. Try that
with a static frame. Remove a printed panel and re-insert it later to
reprint. Try that with a roller frame.

coated, burned, and printed with the tester screen you gave us and
absolutely loved it! The print came out so much better than our static
frames, and the whole crew was able to stretch and un-stretch the
screens quickly and easily getting consistent Newton levels. We even did
a print and left it on the press, then took off the mesh and
